To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2045 Mt. Zion Road, #305 Morrow Ga. 30260, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund/store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund/store credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. e.g. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of purchase to be considered for refunds /exchanges/store credit of any kind. Contact us to arrange the return.
RETURNS

Our RETURN policy is within 10 days of purchase. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must NOT be worn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be charge if the return is not due to our error. The refund will be in the form of STORE CREDIT.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
INELIGIBLE REFUNDS * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged/worn or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned more than 10 days after purchase. We are unable to do returns/Exchanges on any cosmetics for safety and sanitary reasons. Will replace cosmetics only if there is an error on our part.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE, WILL BE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, which will be issued in the format of STORE CREDIT. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately for store credit and a credit will automatically be applied to your SOLE RE-JOYCE account. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS( only applicable for manufacturer errors) If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at samarianw@solerejoyce.com
SALE ITEMS Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded for store credit. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL
